These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users ("User" or "Users") who access, visit, or use the facilities of The Metropolitan Casino Mayfair (the "Casino"), located at London.

MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION

English is the main operational and service language throughout the property and on its website.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing, visiting, or using the facilities of the Casino, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the UK Arbitration Act 1996, unless otherwise specified in writing.
